Background
Ahmet brings more than 20 years of residential construction and project management experience to the Blue Star team, with a specialty in ground-up, new home construction. He came to Blue Star because the team shares his belief that doing the job right matters more than doing it fast, a value that shows up in every decision he makes on behalf of his clients.

His experience is most visible in how he navigates the unexpected. When challenges arise, Ahmet works collaboratively with clients and the design team to find solutions that honor the original vision without disrupting the schedule or compromising quality. Day to day, that means coordinating trades, resolving structural details early, and making sure every element of the build fits together the way it should.

Ahmet stays in close contact with homeowners throughout every phase, from breaking ground to the final walkthrough and key handoff. He believes that keeping clients educated and informed is not a courtesy, it is the foundation of a successful project. The result is a process that feels clear and manageable, even when the decisions are complex.

After Hours
Ahmet grew up in Istanbul, where as a childhood on the coast gave him a lifelong love of the water. Outside of work, you will find him windsurfing or fishing, two passions he has carried with him ever since.
