From the intersection of M Street, SE and 4th Street, SE:
1. Turn south onto 4th Street (towards the river). There will be a Harris Teeter grocery store on this street.
2. At the first stop sign, turn left on Tingey Street and pass some large warehouses on both sides of the street.
3. Turn left at the dead end, before the orange barricade (see signs for the Trapeze School), into the parking lots. There is a pay to park lot to the right – LOT E. Parking lot for Building 74 is for permit holders only and they do ticket.
4. Enter the building through the door with the blue ‘The Yards’ awning over it. Use the stairs directly to the right as you enter the main door, then go left at the top of the stairs. We are at the end of the hallway on the left. Our office is located on the second floor in Suite 201.
