Originally owned by the family of one of the current homeowners, this home had sentimental value and good bones. It did need, however, a complete remodel to bring it into this century and accommodate the lifestyle of the homeowners. As avid home entertainers and hosts of family members, the homeowners needed space and functionality. By completely demolishing the existing interior and adding a third floor as well as a rear addition, our team created a home that meets the homeowners needs by providing four bedrooms, three and half baths as well as a sitting room on the second floor and a roof terrace and deck. The large basement suite features a wet bar and access to a rear patio. Frosted doors and interior windows ensure ample natural light while exposed and freshly painted brick, barn-style doors and unique railings provide personality and a modern flair.

Blue Star’s best trait is their attitude. Everyone is unfailing polite, even when things got hard. And when things went wrong, which I fully anticipated would happen, you guys did the right thing every single time.
Overall, we can’t say enough good things about the quality of our home and Blue Star’s customer service and attention to detail! The house was well laid-out, design choices were clearly thought out, and no detail was left undone.
