PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This full-scale renovation transformed the home from top to bottom. The interior was completely gutted, making way for a modern redesign that included a brand-new rear addition and a basement—an impressive feat considering the home originally had none. Floors were leveled, termite damage was repaired, and original wood was thoughtfully reclaimed and repurposed into a charming wine closet tucked beneath the new basement stairs.
Custom built-ins were seamlessly integrated throughout, offering smart storage solutions and enhancing both form and function. The kitchen, in particular, was designed to be as practical as it is beautiful. Outside, a newly hardscaped patio extends the home’s living space, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and entertaining.
