PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Originally built in 1960, this five-level home has been completely reimagined into a modern residence where thoughtful design and craftsmanship take center stage. What began as a traditional 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout is now a contemporary space that honors its mid-century roots while living beautifully for today. The redesigned floor plan features an expansive chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, a generous seated island, and seamless flow into the dining and living areas. Oversized windows and five-panel accordion glass doors open the entire rear of the home, capturing sweeping water views and creating effortless indoor–outdoor living. Wide-plank white oak floors, bespoke millwork, refined concrete accents, and sleek glass details were all chosen with intention—enhancing the way we truly live today.
This renovation captures what we love most about building: honoring the history of a 1960’s structure while crafting a modern, luxurious home tailored to today’s lifestyle.
