PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This 1960s split-level was transformed into a stunning contemporary home, expanding to nearly 7,700 sq. ft. across four light-filled levels with an attached two-car garage. Every detail was meticulously designed to create a seamless blend of modern luxury and functional living.
A dramatic two-story foyer leads to the main level, where 10-foot ceilings enhance the formal dining and parlor, sunlit breakfast porch, chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, and a spacious family room with built-ins, gas fireplace, and 12-foot accordion doors opening to the rear patio.
The second level offers four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private terrace, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-like en-suite. The loft level adds a bedroom/office, great room, and storage, while the lower level features a mudroom, guest/au pair suite, screening room, wine cellar, and a gym.
