PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Recognizing the potential in a Capitol Hill row house that had seen better days, the clients had a clear vision for its transformation. Working closely together, our team helped bring their hopes and dreams to life, preserving the home’s original character while introducing modern design and thoughtful, personalized touches. This whole home remodel included a complete gut of the entire home and basement, making way for a fresh, light-filled space tailored to their style.

Maximizing natural light was a key priority, along with incorporating meaningful details, including a love for the color green, bunnies, and a passion for cooking and baking. Every element was carefully considered, from custom built-ins that provide smart storage solutions to a beautifully designed kitchen that blends function and style, perfectly suited for their love of creating in the kitchen.

The basement renovation transformed the lower level into a fully functional living space, while two newly hardscaped outdoor spaces were designed for both relaxation and entertaining. This project was a true collaboration, ensuring that every space reflects the clients’ personalities and needs while honoring the home’s history.
