This stunning remodel revitalizes a classic DC row home in Logan Circle, seamlessly blending original charm with modern sophistication and enhanced functionality. By relocating the staircase and kitchen, we optimized flow and created a dedicated family room with elegant built-ins. A rear third-story addition and new roof deck further expanded versatility across all levels, adding an additional floor to the home without sacrificing its historic character.
The sophisticated foyer welcomes guests with a custom tile inlay, herringbone wood floors, and meticulously crafted trim, including curved casings and crown molding. Every finish was carefully selected to reflect our client’s refined style while ensuring durability for life with a toddler. The new penthouse access leads to a thoughtfully designed rooftop retreat, offering distinct spaces for relaxation and culinary pursuits.
